Whole Egg Powder contains much lower levels of avidin, a protein that can interfere with biotin absorption in birds. It is superior to fresh eggs in providing egg protein to young & growing birds, and birds in the molt. Whole egg is very high in fat & is not recommended in maintenance feeding under normal circumstances.
